At Venture Out Training, we specialise in First Aid and Safeguarding Training to empower individuals & organisations with essential life-saving skills. Although we are based in South East Wales, we can cover all areas of Wales to meet your needs.

Our expert-led sessions combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to respond effectively in emergencies.

We are committed to fostering a safe environment for learning, where everyone can gain confidence and competence in their abilities.

Safeguarding training is in line with Social Care Wales' National Safeguarding Training, Learning and Development Framework.

These standards will help organisations make sure practitioners understand their responsibilities relevant to the group they’re in and how to follow the relevant policies and procedures​.

Our safeguarding trainers have extensive hands on experience of safeguarding - having worked or previously worked within this field.
